The Technical Training Corporation

Technical Training Corporation is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business headquartered in Powder Springs, Georgia. At TTC we do not take anything for granted. As veterans, we understand the meaning of sacrifice and service. We know what it means to sacrifice in order to provide a better future for our country and our loved ones. We understand the need for short-term, to-the-point, relevant training to prepare you for a new or better career by earning industry-recognized certifications. Our courses are designed to achieve this end. Our motto, disciplina in posterum, means “education and training for the future”. This is our promise to our students.

Frank D. Wouters, Jr., President

Frank Wouters is a Service-Disabled Veteran with over 35 years of experience in the electronics and computer industry. Beginning his career as a U.S. Army Generator Repair Technician, Frank later became a Computer Technician working on mobile main frame computers. Frank was medically discharged from the U.S. Army in 1988 after twelve years of service. Frank has always aligned his work with his passion for electronics, having worked for Lanier Worldwide as a Master Service Technician servicing and repairing copy machines, micrographics equipment, projection devices, and computers with optical storage devices.

Frank currently holds the following industry certifications: CET-Certified Electronics Technician in Industrial Electronics, CETsr-Senior Certified Electronics Technician in Computer Service, CSM-Certified Customer Service Manager, CSS-Certified Customer Service Specialist, and CA-Certified Administrator for Electronics Technicians Association International. In addition Frank is a Master IPC Trainer (MIT) in J-STD-001F with Space Addendum, IPC-A-610SF and IPC/WHMA-620B. Frank is also an Eagle Scout. As president of Technical Training Corporation, Frank sets training standards that incorporate his industry experience and knowledge and ensure that industry-relevant courses are developed and presented in optimal formats and result in certifications that meet or exceed industry expectations.

Marco A. Gomez, Vice-President

Marco Gomez has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having begun his career working in satellite communications with the U.S. Army. Among other tours of duty, Marco is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and of Operation Enduring Freedom. 

Since leaving the service, Marco has had managerial and engineering responsibilities for a wide range of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance platforms, and has worked in various technical roles supporting the Department of Justice, the Department of State, and the Department of Defense. In addition, Mr. Gomez is a Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) in J-STD-001F with Space Addendum, IPC/WHMA-A-620B, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior College.

As vice-president of Technical Training Corporation, Mr. Gomez directs the business operations and develops the planning required to achieve the company’s short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
